The instrumental versions of all the songs from our 'Debut' album is out today, with a fresh assortment of interludes from the land. On just bandcamp for now, and streaming & online stores soon enough.

"We're super proud of where this project is at and where it's going. These instrumentals expand the back-end of the world we are co-creating, and set us up well (we think) for what's next. Partial proceeds of our album sales, from both 'Debut' and the Instrumentals releases, go to Tla-o-qui-aht Tribal Parks as an action of acknowledgement from where a lot of our sounds and interludes are sourced from.

We've been happily busy creating brand new work to perform and release, and have been playing some great feeling shows recently. Thank you Tofino, Comox and Naniamo! And we have Bass Coast coming up this week and Pachena Bay right after that. Looking forward to it!

Tsimka & Michael

In January 2025, Tsimka & I did a project put together by CBC Vancouver Island that had us play a show at the Capital Theatre and do a language & music workshop at Haahuupayak School in Port Alberni. The entire experience was beautiful and fluid and rich with meaning.

Many milestones achieved - our first concert with just us on the bill (and a full house too!), our first workshop we co-facilitated together (which went extremely well), and our first time with a conversation component to our show (which felt great and really helped give context and better meaning to what we do). Huge thanks to Haahuupayak School and the Tseshaht & Hupacasath Nations for hosting us, and for the dedication and hard work from CBC through coordinating it all.
