Debut (Instrumentals)

The instrumental versions of all the songs from our 'Debut' album is out today, with a fresh assortment of interludes from the land. On just bandcamp for now, and streaming & online stores soon enough.

"We're super proud of where this project is at and where it's going. These instrumentals expand the back-end of the world we are co-creating, and set us up well (we think) for what's next. Partial proceeds of our album sales, from both 'Debut' and the Instrumentals releases, go to Tla-o-qui-aht Tribal Parks as an action of acknowledgement from where a lot of our sounds and interludes are sourced from.

We've been happily busy creating brand new work to perform and release, and have been playing some great feeling shows recently. Thank you Tofino, Comox and Naniamo! And we have Bass Coast coming up this week and Pachena Bay right after that. Looking forward to it!

Oro Azul 'Eros' + NTS Pender Street Steppers show

'Eros', second single and second video from Ephemeral Objects for from the Water Seeds EP from Oro Azul, is out. Flower, water, reflections of light ..

Oro Azul also delivers an hour long dj mix of all originals, unreleased Oro Azul material + solo originals + remixs, for Pender Street Steppers' NTS radio show. this was the recording of the live set at the record release party a month earlier at the Deli. tracklist here and soundcloud recording here.

Tsimka & Michael Red Full Performance @ Active/Passive

Full performance video just got posted, from the very lovely Active/Passive Festival. The album is nearly complete. This video shows a more simple version of the songs and energy, which was performed at the other summer festivals 2023 too. The New Forms Festival performance in December showed some of the developement and richer layers and details, bringing cues closer to what the album will fully reveal.

ambient/etc monthy event series

the new ambient/etc event series was launched NYE to great success and excitement. 002 is announced and future editions plans are well underway. the first saturday of each month @ the deli, is the mode. following low indigo on instagram or facebook will keep those interested up to date, or checking in the profile at tickit works too.

subtempo 1.0 compilation
